Payment for lessons: All lessons are to be paid for in advance or at the commencement of the lesson. In the car by Cash or via this website by Credit/Debit Card or a PayPal account.

Test Bookings: I am happy to book both Theory and Driving Tests on your behalf, but unfortunately I have to make a small service charge for payments made via PayPal to cover my costs this amount is clearly shown on the payment page.

Cancellation of lessons: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations in order to avoid the possibility of being charged for the lesson, but no cancellation charge will be made if the lesson is rearranged within the same working week (Monday to Friday). I will also where possible give 48 hours notice if I am unable to give a lesson.

Eyesight and Health: It’s the pupils responsibility  to make certain that his/her health and eyesight meets the current regulations of the DVLA for holders of  UK Driving Licences.

Refunds: If for any reason a refund is required on Pre-Paid hours, a full refund on the remaining unused hours at the rate paid will be made. In the case of the 9 + 1 Free offer the free hour is the 10th hour and therefore any refund will be calculated on any unused hours of the 1st nine.

Damaged to the tuition vehicle: The car is fully insured for the purpose of Driving tuition (including post test courses) and Driving tests, in the event of an accident no charge will be made to the driver provided that he/she is being accompanied by myself or a DSA Examiner. However should the interior of the car be damaged by sharp or leaking items carried by the pupil on his/her person or in bags etc placed within the car the full cost of repairs or replacement of the damaged items will charged to the pupil.
